No alcohol, drugs, or any other illicit substances are allowed on the premises.

Only 1 guest per resident at any time. Guests must be accompanied. Guests allowed until 9pm. Residents responsible for guests.

10pm–8am (Mon–Thu). 11pm–9am (Fri–Sat). Keep noise reasonable at all times.

Keep rooms and shared spaces clean. Cleaning schedules posted for shared spaces.

No harassment, intimidation, or bullying. Be considerate and respect neighbours.

CCTV in communal areas. Report incidents to management immediately.

Report issues to management. Damage caused by residents will be charged.

No smoking inside the building and within 5 meters of any entrance.

No pets allowed (except approved service animals).

Residents must comply with South African laws and regulations.
